The notary Dr. Dennis Eifert is available for the notarisation and certification of documents and signatures and insofar as the legal regulations provide for the involvement of the notary. The function of the notary is that of an impartial and neutral advisor. This includes instruction and advice during and in advance of notarisations.

Among other things, the notary advises on questions of real estate law in the drafting of real estate and apartment purchase contracts and the formation of condominium ownership.

He also advises and supports in the formation, transfer, transformation of legal form and liquidation of companies and the drafting of articles of association.

Another area of advice is estate planning (including the drafting of wills and inheritance contracts) and in the context of inheritance certificate application procedures, family law advice on the drafting of marriage contracts and agreements on divorce consequences as well as on questions of pension arrangements with regard to living wills and precautionary powers of attorney.

Finally, the notary is responsible for legal relations with register courts (including the commercial register and the register of associations) and land registries, especially in connection with the processing of notarial deeds.
